Regenerated Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) A Grade is made from polyester waste material mainly in forms of polyester bottle flakes, sometimes filament rocks, therefore when quality is produced well suitable for many industrial applications like polyester non-woven, battings, fiber fill etc., cost-effectiveness is the most distinctive advantage in comparison with 100% virgin PSF. AA Grade is made partly on virgin polyester chip and partly bottle flakes, representing a high-end quality which has been similar to virgin fiber, whereas cost-saving is still distinctive compared with 100% virgin fiber. The regenerated fiber industry highly contributes to the recycling of polyester waste, and transforming post-consumer plastic back again into environmental friendly, hygiene, comfortable textile materials, helping industrial users manage quality nice and meanwhile save better, particularly when international oil price is driven higher and higher.
